Return and Claim Period

If you experience any issue with your order, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item(s). Any claims submitted after this 72-hour period will not be accepted.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item that differs from the product you ordered, including an incorrect size sent by our team that does not match the size selected during checkout, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Claims regarding incorrect items received after this timeframe will not be eligible for review or approval.

Sizing Policy

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing an order.

  • If the item delivered matches the size selected by the customer at checkout, returns, exchanges, or refunds based on sizing preferences will not be accepted.
  • Claims will only be considered if the size shipped differs from the size originally ordered.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or faulty item, you must report the issue within 72 hours of receiving your order.

To process your claim, you will be required to provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item.
  • Photographs of the product packaging (if applicable).
  • Your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the rejection of your claim.

Return Eligibility

Items may only be considered for return if:

  • A claim is submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
  • The item received is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent by our team.
  • The product remains unused and in its original condition, where applicable.

Any return requests made after the specified period will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is approved due to an error on our part (such as shipping an incorrect item or a verified defective product), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Opened Packaging and Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The product is in perfect condition, but the customer no longer wants the item.
  • The original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
  • The item has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The return request is based solely on a change of mind.

If the product is delivered exactly as ordered and remains free from defects, returns and refunds will not be available once the packaging has been opened.

Refund Process

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned after the 72-hour claim period.
  • Items matching the size selected by the customer.
  • Products without sufficient evidence supporting the claim.
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging where applicable.
  • Products returned due to personal preference or change of mind after opening the packaging.
